Gravatar A Major Victory for Al Qaeda

Gravatar Fabulous, Robin. I am glad to see there is other part time bloggers out there that are research junkies.

The latest port sale event has proven that even a healthy fear of the government must be overshadowed by a manipulative Congress and media on the quest to misinform for political agendas.

I most certainly have bookmarked your site, and will continue to follow your research on the ties between Eller and Congressional electorate who may have reasons for advocating intervention benefitting US companies instead of DP World.

Keep up the good work! You've got a new fan.

Gravatar Good stuff here, Robin.

I did want to mention that the Eller lawsuit in the UK was shot down by London's high courts last Thursday (Mar 9th), putting the UK's stamp of approval on the P&O to DP World sale.

Gravatar Interesting update, Robin.

March of 2004 brought an investigation by Miami-Dade authorities for 130 illegally issued or sold Port access IDs.

Even using British/American firms as port ops, security can still be compromised.

With this history under their belt, as Eller was a port ops during this ID investigation, listening to them whine about port security in a lawsuit seems absurd.

Gravatar There is also a history of Eller & Co trashing an opponent to get a business contract. There's not much out there on it but I'm working it as much as possible.
Thanks for the positive feedback!!

Gravatar Thanks Robin. A very comprehensive backgrounder on this issue.

Would it be safe to conclude that Eller and Company sought to manufacture this issue for their own advantage?

Gravatar Oh most definitely... I'm working on some more background stuff on Eller & Co. Not a well thought of company and seems to have a history of antics such as this. I'll post some of the new stuff as I sort through it. Also found some interesting quotes from the Attorney, Michael Kreitzer, that sound a lot like Schumer's talking points.
