Ah, yes, lovely trolls. Thats why I loooooooove Haloscan. I actually got attacked the other day on someone else's blog by other commenters for stating the obvious about Madonna being a corrupter of youth. Sheesh!!
Interesting, and from an advertising company in NYC. I am not going to go any further, but they all come from a place of business.
"Mr. Blifil" tried the same routine with me. I realized immediately that any attempt to dialogue with this person was a waste of time, so I canned IP 208.196.60.42
Only to find a person calling Mr. Blifil popping up under IP 24.239.162.38.
After wasting another five minutes disposing of his rehased Michael Moore talking points, a "Synonomous" pops up under the same IP.
Half the time I don't even need to look at the IP. You can just spot the similarities in style to know.
What's really amazing is that some of these guys are so dumb, they don't realize that not all of us are as dumb as they are.
Blifil isn't a complete idiot, so he has less excuse than most.
But as usual, when he described his attempt at "civil and eloquent" discourse I had to laugh.
These folks are NOT serious about the life and death issues we face. They are playing games and should be treated like the immature and intellectually dishonest children they are.

MD - please go further and tell us what advertising agency that Mr. Bilfil used... It would be a nice addition for the new book!
Thank you all for your support. I figured the best way to stop a troll is expose him to the light of day. Dumbass still hasn't figured out that haloscan logs your IP no matter what name you use...
BTW I told my 21 year old daughter about the uproar she had caused 
and she said "what an idiot - doesn't he know that there is no draft and it's not mandatory that I serve in the military to support the soldiers." AHHH... maybe some of my upbringing did sink in....

I read what Blifil has to say at Kos. You would think someone with an obvious need for negative attention (must have something to do with a bad childhood) wouldn't complain that you posted his IP.
And I find it interesting that he attempted to characterize his comments at my site as "civil" while posting an obscenity on Kos to describe my pages.
I also found it funny that there were a number of respondants to his note with advice on how to avoid the IP filter. Apparently the Kossies make quite a habit of noxious trolling.
That's something I have never understood. I don't visit many lefty sites and almost rarely comment. Who wants to bother with all their delusions anyway?
But these folks feel compelled to drop in on our pages and regularly remind us of why it is important to defeat them politically at every available opportunity.
After that, they serve no purpose!
P.S. note to Blifil: Even if you do try using an anonymous IP I'll spot you a mile away.
The most ironic thing happened. An anonymous poster is blasting me on just listing the name of a company, accusing me of "trafficking" in personal information.
While he/she demands to stay anonymous, they continue to try and demand answers and personal information about me.
