Will these idiots be the trigger for an armed rebellion in the United States? It's close already, a lot closer that most want to think. We're due another good un-civil war.

We've had a very uncivil political discourse for the last five years thanks to the loony left. Hope it doesn't come to shooting.
Anyway, I'm interested to see what the legal beagles will have to say on this decision over the next couple of days. I'm not a lawyer and I didn't stay in a Holiday Day Inn Express last night so I couldn't make much of the 185 pages of the SCOTUS decision and dissent.
At least from what I understand now is that Bush can leave those monsters to rot at Gitmo and it would be perfectly legal according to the SCOTUS. It's just the tribunals that are the problem.
What I'm not clear about is what precedent is set regarding extending Geneva Convention rights to these terrorists.

The giving of the terroist the protection of the Genva convention is just about a dumb a thing as anything yet to come out of these stupid higher educated peoples mouths.
The terroist have not nor will they ever abbied by it, If they did they could nolonger do road side bombings, or kill any civilians on purpose, or were clouths that let them pass as civilians, they must were a uniform if not and they are cought they are spies and can be shot as spies. but or supreme court some how fells they deserve the rights that our troops are not given and protect them when they are beheading someone is ok. Let us send our courts members over there for a while and see if they maintain the same thoughts .
