I can't decide if the U.N. is the new SNL , Hee Haw or maybe a spin off of Mad Mag. Either way it is the comedy most people in the world always knew it was. Whay are providing billions of dollars to a corrupt organization involved in rape and murder of children? Get the Slimey U.N. out of the U.S. and the U.S. out of the U.N.
What is ironic about all of this is everyone hates Hugo Chavez, yet people still go out and buy gas guzzling SUV's which help prop up his regime.
Even if you boycott Citgo gas stations, Chavez sells his oil on the open market, so it does not matter which gas station you go to. You are still part of the Chavez Fan Club.
How many people here drive a car that gets 38+mpg? Or rides a bike to work?

I think it is funny how you don’t do any of your own research and just write articles based on right wing ignorant idiocy. Way to be a person seeking justice and truth, when you only look at situations from one side and then say you’re fighting for a better tomorrow, my ass. The facts are when a man who was democratically elected by a landslide popular vote by the people of his own country, decides that the non tax paying oil companies that have bean taking all the oil out of Venezuela for the last century, for literally not one single fee, will not be able to do that any more. And you people see that as a big crime. Then, so he started charging then and putting the proper laws and sanctions on them that the corrupt government before him were not doing, which should have been done in the first place, and then the man who pushes for higher oil prices in OPEC, not only for his own country, but also for other oil holding countries that have bean taken advantage of as well, and he succeeded. And what did he do, he used 1/3 of the 30 billion he got in the last year or so in social referendums, in Venezuela, to educate the poor, provide hospitals, schools, and homes for the poor. He has single handedly reduced the illiteracy rate from 27% to 12% in the passed 4 years; he has built over 2500 clinics, hospitals, police stations, and infrastructure in 90 percent of the Venezuelans barrios. On top of all of that, he has been giving money to other south American and international countries, in fair trade of services and goods, to be used to benefit there countries as well. You get mad at a country for deciding it will not be a pawn any more, for deciding to stand up on its own feet and not be a neoliberal lap dog any longer. The U.S. of course always gets mad when there pawns cross the board and start upgrading to queens, while they were busy trying to create a checkmate on the other side of the board. Also, I would never go as far to call bush a devil, but the fact that you are totally and ignorantly ranting and raving about how appalling the comment was, and defending a man who literally is the worst U.S. president there has ever been. Intellectually, articulately, and politically. A man who lied to his own country, taken us 2 trillion dollars more in to national debt, scammed an election, single handedly toppled the u.s. foreign policy that the past three presidents took over a decade to establish, and spit in the face of the U.N. twice. Don’t forget that the U.S. also admitted to funding a coupe against the democratically elected president Chavez that failed which is the only reason he beefed up his security detail, not to start a war, but to protect himself his country from further unwarranted threats. So just remember, while you cry and bitch and moan on your high snobby horses, and scream about how patriotic you are, just know that your are full of shit and you are the fakest Americans there ever were. Because, by the point of view are holding right
