Thanks, Robin. It feels good to come clean, though, doesn't it? So--I don't know, what's the word?
Oh, yeah. Liberating.

You know the last paragraph is exactly how I feel. I have gay friends as well, they don’t run around and shout from the hilltops. We have homosexuals screaming for the right to “stay out of my bedroom.” That is fine, I am more than willing to oblige. However, when you put your bedroom on Main Street in a parade I think you dilute your argument. There is not a shot in hell that I could get a permit for a “heterosexual parade.” Why? I haven’t tried and don’t plan to, why? Because I don’t want people in my bedroom, so I keep it private… good grief you would think the concept is rocket science.
No I am not gay bashing, as for the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. What is so wrong? The military is a place of discipline and orders, meaning you follow them. It is not the place to yell about your homo or hetro tendencies. It is not a homophobic thing.
