The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Where and when did either the President or the Vice President commit or allow be committing or knowing about the commitment of Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
I believe we know the constitution a whole lot more then you do some of us even own a copy of it for days like this.

The fact is that rjones2818 is mirroring the same wishful thinking the loony-left holds in regards to Bush and Cheney. I believe it's referred to as "Bush derangement syndrome." On a related note, if Kucinich is allowed to bring about impeachment proceedings then it causes what Pelosi promised (and Reid concurred) which was that impeachment House Speaker Nancy Pelosi made it absolutely clear that impeachment "was off the table." Of course, the liberal spin-meisters will come up with all sorts of lame excuses for Pelosi.
Just more reasons why I will not vote for Democrats in national & state elections.
