Nope - no bad blind dates. Just dated ALL the wrong guys (up until my husband, of course). I can't say that I would have EVER gone on a blind date. I would come off all stupid and nervous. I would rather be single, I think. Luckily, it didn't turn out that way.

Yes - but mine involved double dating with girlfriend who didn't tell me her new boyfriend (and my blind date) was member of Boston mob. That night's a story in itself perhaps better saved for a post of my own. Fortuately though I was able to make clean exit before he popped the $250 bottle of Dom Perion.

LOL! He sounds like the type of guy that my mother would have fixed me up with! I've never gone on a blind date before, but, blind dates or not, it's a requirement that everyone kiss several toads before they find their prince, right? I'm so glad that I don't have to deal with that dating scene anymore. Now that I've been married for 10 years, that whole dating scene just seems like a vague, distant, and fuzzy memory.
