Gravatar WOW!

Gravatar Great selection of insects. I'd be pretty distracted from looking at houses too! That's one beautiful pool, isn't it?

Gravatar What a great, colorful assortment! They're beautiful! Oh, and would I love to hop into that pool! Great shots, Robin! Thanks for sharing the fun -- yes, much better than houses!

Gravatar Very colorful critters! Me, I would just float in that wonderful river, listening to the hum...

Gravatar Fantastic rock formation. Almost looks like a heart in there.

Gravatar It is only on close look that we see how pretty and colorful insects are. Good eye Pablo, nice rock heart.
Nice that Roger is among the pretty things that catch you eye.

Gravatar I'm always amazed that such unspoiled and private gems still exist so relatively close to developed areas.

Wonderful photos. Roger is definitely one of the pretty things.

Gravatar You crazy kids.

Love the photos! Hope you found something to live in/on.

Gravatar Just excellent Robin!

great photos and a cold river Perfect!

Gravatar Love your bugs!!

That rock in the swimming hole is beautiful. How cold was the water?

Gravatar The water wasn't very cold at all. It was incredibly easy to ease into. I had frostbite on one toe many years ago, and that toe warns me whenever I step into water that is too cold. It didn't act up at all, in fact, it was as happy as the rest of me!

Gravatar Delightful photos and there is nothing better to do than skinny dip

Gravatar Doesn't that third one look an awful lot like Jeff Goldblum?

Gravatar Naturally I thought about bouldering on those neat rocks, then taking a dip...
Very nice travelogue!

Gravatar I agree, Roger is a pretty thing. That water, while gorgeous, pales in comparison!

My, there sure are colorful bugs up that way! The blue dragonfly against blue water - fantastic.

I left some just picked squash and basil on your table; a welcome home present.

Gravatar with all due respect to roger's stunning physique - all those turquoise creatures blow me away!!

Gravatar Hello, Roger! You look to be in your element! As for those creatures... more and more I come to recognize that other species enjoy a kind of oneness with their environment that we sadly lack. Lovely pictures, wonderful eye, as always...

Gravatar did you look at places?

Gravatar Hey! Is that guy naked? I haven't seen a naked guy in some time! Thanks
Nice pictures. I took a bunch of dragon fly pictures a couple weekends ago. Aren't they the prettiest little creatures? and so many varieties!

Gravatar It makes perfect sense to check out your non-human neighbors. Nice neighbors can make or break a neighborhood. Looks like you'd have the nicest neighbors possible!

That river looks absolutely gorgeous, more like something out of a fantasy novel than something from real life. Obviously, we don't have anything like that in these parts.

Gravatar Ya- he's pretty. No doubt about it. I think when bugs DO take over the world, damsel flies will rule. They already rock.

Gravatar Nice odonate pix!

Gravatar WOW is indeed the correct comment here. Fabulous "bugs"........... and LOVED the wild turkeys. I've NEVER seen them. But the heat? OH NO, get BACK to the coast, SAVE yourself! I DO dread THIS week here, a little heat wave of our own with 100 in the picture by w/e....NO A/C for us......I think you remember heat waves in Pt Townsend. KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC Camera Work, Robin........ The swim looked fun.

Gravatar As much as I love dragon flies, nothing beats skinny dipping.
