Ouch - that's bad news! That kind of support structure is certain to spiral out of control, especially for you. Your company really needs to get an engineer or two on an early shift - or even better, in a local time zone! Otherwise, they'll risk you not being able to do your "real job" and become a support jockey. If it's anything like the other places I know that do this, then one of the executives will wake up one day and say "Wow, this EMEA thing isn't working. The team over there must not be doing their job!"
