One of the ongoing and expanding benefits of the Web is bloggers who wish they were journalists. Especially, since journalists as a class are diminished daily by editors, publishers and the backwards entertainment moguls who own an ever-increasing portion of the "news business".
Bloggers just won't let go of issues that Establishment journalists work at ignoring -- because it would offend the string-pullers. Whether it's the Downing Street Memo or Karl Rove's manipulation of right-wing pricks like Novak or simpleminded dunces like Miller, bloggers keep the issues before a portion of the public eye.
We count on you, Steve, to get the real scoop out here on your site.
