I look forward to hearing this one. I like it when mountain girls rediscover their voices. Patty Loveless, daughter of a miner (who even Ralph Stanley describes as having mountains and hollers in her voice), did it with "Mountain Soul" a few years ago and did it extremely well. Of course Hazel Dickens is Hazel Dickens and inhabits a place all her own (listen to her sing "Oh, Death." Hell, listen to her sing "Ira Hayes").
