As a New Yorker, I would like to see them all tried publicly in Federal Court in Manhattan. Have it televised so we all get the satisfaction of seeing justice served. We haven't got Bin Laden but these guys will do fine for now.
I'm curious. Wouldn't a prosecution before a military or civilian jury have been expedited if there was sufficient evidence to convict? I can't support indefinite detention. Either prosecute or release.
