Gravatar Lili, I personally enjoy African drumming music. I have a friend who introduced it to me and perhaps it helps me follow the "beat of a different drummer," than music with which I'm more familiar.

How would I classify it? I would say that's up to each of us and the way the music moves us. As I listen, it is more of an up-tempo so for me in a very good way. How would you say it affects your brain waves, Lili?

Gravatar Hi I found your website quite interesting but I wonder how you would classify African traditional music (let's say the west african drumming stuff) in this range of music's affect on the brain's functions?
African music seems very powerful, and fundamental to me. What do you think?
thanks for your work.
Lili

Gravatar Jeremy, gospel truly lifts peace in the soul. Not only is the music uplifting, but the words take us to scripture, which adds to what we get from the music.

Do you find gospel works especially well when you are in trying circumstances?

Thanks for stopping by to share how music brings you peace.

Gravatar I must have been listening to alot of Gospel lately!!! I am at extreme peace right now!!

Gravatar Music moves your brainwaves and it can move you from one mood to another very quickly, Reg. Goes to show how powerful it is! Glad my work helped you find just the right information you needed.

Gravatar I've been researching this topic for days. Your site is the first source I've found that even comes close to identify the basis for the claims of the impact of music.
Thank you for you good works.
Reg Adkins
