Anna, I'm sure stay-at-home Moms can easily be mixed up about what day of the week it is. Do you have days of the week designed to do different tasks? For instance, if Monday is the day you do washing, you might also have a shopping for groceries day. Is that how you keep track?

Ramana, I love the idea of newspapers keeping you on track with day of the week.

Hi Robyn, I woken up many times these days not knowing what day is today, lol, but it should get better soon. Excellent post again, so informative. Anna

Since my retirement, it does not matter! Every day is a holiday and I can wait till the newspapers come in to see what day it is!

Carla, thanks for sharing your story here since it brings another light on the topic. When someone retires or is on disability as you are and you are home all the time the days can blend one into another. Thanks for sharing what that might be like.
I appreciate your visit and your comment.

I woke up this morning thinking it was Saturday until I heard the pounding of the hammers at the house behind me. Construction doesnt happen on the weekends so I soon realized its Friday.
Because I'm now home on disability from work, my daily routines are almost the same. I work from home on my business in some way 7 days a week. I can go out on a Tuesday evening without anticipating "work" (the day job) the next day.
Each day is identical.
