Gravatar Thanks, Danica. It's fun to stop by to see what's happening in Belgrade. You open our hearts to a very wonderful city. You always make it sound so inviting.

I appreciate your visit and your kind words.

Gravatar Dear Robyn,

Great post getting together different attitudes. I always enjoy reading your posts that inspires for creative thinking and more efficient modus vivendi in everyday life!

I'm trying to implement on mine too

Looking forward to read more inspirational and positive topics.

Danica

Gravatar Al, I've always a clean looking page. I fear I've cluttered mine a tad. I also have to organize a lot of past posts into categories my readers might enjoy looking through if they so desire.

Your thoughts add to what Doug says.

Gravatar Lisa, what truly happened was that following 30+ years after grad school, at age 58, I went to major university in our area for my PhD. This four-year journey stretched me in ways I could never imagine. I emerged a very different person. You're right, I am curious and I wonder about so many different things.

Gravatar Agreed with streamlining and getting rid of blogrush... I don't have ads on my site, so that made blogrush stand out even more as an eyesore.

Gravatar Robyn...you're the expert on the brain and thinking. But in my lay understanding you appeal to me as a very curious, inquisitive, "wondering" person. Thank heavens your early education didn't squelch that remarkable quality.

Gravatar Hmmm.... now to test my reality more, Lisa! Never thought about it quite the way you do so your response was very enlightening! Thanks so much.

Gravatar Robyn, it is an absolute joy to experience the way YOUR brain works, the dots you connect, and the continual wondering you do. Thanks so much for including me.

Gravatar Doug, I know what you mean by widgits because some folks have sites that take much too long to download. Something you did not mention that might be included here are ads. I think some of these can really slow down the downloading of a web site. What do you think about that? How might these be streamlined?

I really enjoy learning from you because you deal with areas in which I need to grow.

Thanks for your visit.

Gravatar Thanks Bob, thinking differently is very important to me in more than one sense because it brings vitality to my approaches to work and life.

I wanted to spotlight the great blogs in answer to my tag and it seemed logical to include under new things I learned. Very tidy!

Thanks for keeping us all on our toes to keep learning.

Gravatar Thanks so much for the spotlight, Robyn! I don't necessarily disagree with Robert, either. I still like MyBlogLog and BlogCatalog widgets for some 'visual candy' in my sidebar.

I don't know that they are really helping my site, but I personally like seeing the faces of my visitors.

What struck me with the widgets I fired were their outlandish claims of massive amounts of traffic to your blog. I believe they should be more honest in that they are trying to drive traffic to THEIR site - not yours nor mine.

I love the theme! Thinking differently is a great reason to love the web. We may all disagree, but the camaraderie and support we have from each other is more than any one service.

Warmest Regards,
Doug

Gravatar Robyn, this is a great roundup of several thoughts under a common theme. Very nice!

I gotta say though, I don't completely agree with Doug Karr. I don't think you should throw the baby out with the bath, if you know what I mean.

You can go too far, but some visual candy is important for viewers.

Hey, thanks for joining the party!
