JD, all is well. I appreciate you stopping by and your kind words. I learn much from you as well.
I know you're very excited about how the election is shaping up. It has been one of the most exciting in my memory. Kind of keeps us on the "edge of our seats."

Hi Robyn
What a thrill to see my link included in your roundup.
Logical-mathematical is not really my forte, so it was interesting to delve into this area and stretch myself.

Yvonne, perhaps thinking from a very different perspective, the logical-mathematical intelligence, led to this powerful post. It stirred conversations with many readers!
Have you ever used your musical intelligence as a framework? I'm nudging you out of comfort zones a bit more.

I think words are musical, and I love to listen to music, but I'm not musical myself as in singing etc.

One way music benefits me, Yvonne, is that it helps me get into a "groove" or good pace as I write. Mozart's works well for me because his music is often light and sprightly. In addition it's uplifting.
I know that playing music in the background really helped me pick up a good pace when I was writing my dissertation.

I've read the Mozart Effect, but haven't actually tried that. I do know what you mean about the music setting a pace.
I'll be more consicous of that and do some experimenting. Thanks for the insights.

Do write about what you learn, Yvonne.
I've been a bit slow to respond since we travelled to visit family over the Memorial Day holiday.

Robyn,
Glad to see Christine Kane's music here at the end of a great list of postings and thoughts.
Isn't it amazing how we can borrow a line like Christine did and turn it into a "new something" fresh with our fingerprints?
Keep creating,
Mike

Hi Mike, it's great to see you!
Mike, you have that special touch for turning some ordinary concept "upside down" to see it afresh. I especially enjoy how you do that in your article that opens with your granson's position on the basketball team. Though we we're assigned a certain "role," it's the outcome that's critical.

Hi Robyn, I'm sorry for being away for so long! I have always had a keen interest in the various types of intelligence. You do such a wonderful job of exploring the depths of human potential and teaching us to harness that power. This post was by far one of the most lucid explorations of human intelligence I have seen. I only wish that our education system was as aware. I am so honored to be included in the links here and I really appreciate what you're doing here.

Hi Karen, it's great to have you back. Fact is that we could each harness more power as we learn what these intelligences are and develop each further. MITA works for change in education and business - to tap more of peoples' talents.
Keep up your great work.
