Cris, the two videos truly present polar opposites. We can see what's needed to keep employees peaking top performance. It certainly won't happen with the style depicted on The Apprentice!

Rosa, the great news is that we have all eight intelligences, but it depends on your genes and the time you put in to develop them, as to how strong each is. You might enjoy completing Ellen Weber's Multiple Intelligences Survey to see where you stand. There's a link to it in the introductory paragraph of this blog.
