Dean, our first ideas generally have a basis, Dean, and there's a reason some people can trust their "gut" whereas others generally cannot. Stay tuned...

Hi, I am a great believer in the power of using intuition as a powerful analysis tool and support to decision making. In this context I am interested in your thoughts on developing and actively using our intuition.

Hmmm... Lisa, this is a great question. Choose vs. react... that'll be in my queue. This is an exciting question.

I love Hruzek's question and I want to pretend I asked it.
Here's another:
Is it the civilized mind that allows us to choose as opposed to react? Perhaps what I'm asking is the difference between neo-cortex, limbic, reptilian, all of that, and how it relates to us civilized humans trying to choose in our everyday life.
There's a penny for your thoughts, dear Robyn.

Wow, Bob, that is truly an intriguing question. It'll take some research to pull this off...

OK, Frank, procrastination is actually an issue I have faced myself and I developed some strategies to overcome it. So it will be exciting to show how it affects our mind... Your answer will be forthcoming.

Rob, this is a really great question on how the foods you mention impact the brain. Stay tuned... I'll have your answer in a couple of days. You'll be first in the queue.

Rats! I didn't get the first question!
Okay, Robin, here's one I've wondered about for years: When people read books, do they tend to hear the characters' dialog in their own (the reader's) voice, do they imagine a character's voice and "hear" that as they read, or what?"
Is there any significance to this?

I have one: What causes us to procrastinate, then rush? Is this a brain-related issue? With all the GTD-related advice out there, it tells me that a lot of people are procrastinators...or they don't multitask well. Is procrastination hard wired?

Hey Robyn,I have a question for you
We often read or hear about how good diet is essential to our physical and mental well being. I've read things about Omega 3 fish oils, old wives tales about Cauliflower and Walnuts (brain resemblance maybe) being good for the noodle etc, but very little on the actual science and mechanics. Maybe you have some interesting insights on food and the role in which it plays on our brains, are there really such things as good and bad brain foods?
Cheers
