Gravatar Steve, you're on a great track, but red wine in cheerios?

Gravatar Brad, by adding more of these foods, there's not so much room for others like starches and sugars. Some nutritionists advocate as many as nine servings a day. Even five servings a day makes an incredible difference.

Gravatar Robyn,

This is really a practical and helpful reminder of what to eat and a darned good reason for doing it.

And I'm thoroughly enjoying the red wine in my Cheerios this morning...

Gravatar Hi Robyn, Disclaimer - I'm far from svelte. Tips for staying on track? Not really. I've just always had a taste for those foods, which is good, because I've never found a formal diet I could stick to. Folks who aren't used to eating this stuff might want to give it a try. It's pretty tasty!

Gravatar LOL, GL. I don't believe it!

Gravatar One question: How did you get that picture of me?

Gravatar Hi Brad, great to see you as the day dawns! You're so right about other great benefits, Brad. One immediate benefit would be a more svelte body. Wow do I ever like that picture to go along with less face wrinkles!

Though most folks know it's better to eat a diet full of antioxidants, I'm wondering if you have a tip to stay on track. This is a missing piece.

Gravatar Robyn, great information. I eat all that stuff for other health reasons (and because it's all so good), but never knew about the brain-wrinkle connection. Cool!

Gravatar Hi Joanna, brain wrinkles are what I'm aiming for, too. But sometimes I get tempted. For instance we spent Memorial Day holiday with family and attended three large picnics with many enticing "dishes to pass." This is where I run into trouble. So this research refreshes my focus.

Gravatar Great suggestions Robyn! Thank you. And I love the idea of going for brain not age wrinkles

Joanna
