Hello Robyn,
Yours was an inspirational post. It was a good read that lifted my level of positivity and optimism.
I do not have two lines of poetry to add, but I humbly share my quote:
"Only love can create something from nothing."
I use this to give myself a little extra something whenever my physical, mental, or spiritual level is down. I also used it in one of my first blog post (http://7pproductions.com/blog/2007/08/17/red-
bull-for-the-soul/).
Love is also contagious. I can see the ripple effect you have created

Galba the words from "Treat Myself" are just what I needed today. I'm going to follow-up by posting the words in a blog that follows this so others can benefit, too. Thanks, friend.

Hello Robyn:
This is a lovely story and I'm honoured that you linked me to it. So it's time to get out of my comfort zone and "be poetic". I'm going to take 2 stabs.
The first is courtesy of Stevie Wonder:
"I think I’ll treat myself to all the pretty places in my head.Yes, I’m going to treat myself to all the pretty places in my head.Whatsoever things are lovely,Whatsoever things are pure" from a song called Treat Myself. It continues to inspire me, after so many years. I'll email you the entire song, so you can appreciate its beauty.
As for me, from my heart
"A vision without passion is merely an idea. Developing people and transforming organisations is my powerful purpose."

Elizabeth, I have enjoyed watching you grow as an artist over time and consider it a great privilege.
Here's a story from Thomas you might enjoy... Thomas told us he received a phone call from Paul McCartney and Thomas asked, "Paul who?" There was a pause on the line and the voice said, "Paul McCartney." Thomas responded, "Do I know you?" Paul McCarney on the other end replied, "I think you might. Ever heard of the Beetles?" Then it dawned on him and he felt very embarrassed...

Hi Robyn, this time I am just a reader, and don't really have much to add. But I wanted to say, this is really inspirational story, and it tells you a lot, that we as humans even if we don't talk, we can still connect through other powerful media, like art. Thanks for posting this post, I liked it very much, Anna
