Jay, looking at pictures prevents you from breathing in various outdoor aromas. You'd miss the available activities such as fishing or backpacking that bring well being. I'm sure in some park facilities WiFi's available, but you'd have to check ahead.

So just looking at pictures of these places on the internet doesn't help? Do they have free WiFi in these nature places and can I take my laptop?

I'm still waiting for the polar picture here - of NY's deep freeze at the moment though - as proof that I'd still be alive on the other side of a hike
