But just once if you can, offer a better explanation. Offer a more viable scenario, something worthwhile to justify your condescending attitude. Otherwise, folks will breeze through, raise an eyebrow in amazement at what you can't apparently accomplish, and leave unimpressed.
I'm not sure why anyone would think of this as a right-wing/left wing thing. Is it not legitimate to point out discrepancies and wonder about how the situation might be manipulated for purposes of generating propaganda?
We're not exactly dealing with some stand-up guys here; anything is possible, and the history of this outfit would suggest they'd be true to form by doing a little creative work at the site.
If I was angry that my country was being bombed, I'd use photo ops, too.
I can't assume the relief worker's Hezbullah. He could be a Lebanese guy angry about the dead children.
Manipulating a corpse for photo ops may be a bit morbid. But launching hunnerts of missiles at Haifa, or killing hundreds of civilians and making 750,000 refugees are both the acts of the truly inhumane.

In the world of logic, you'll no doubt be surprised to learn, the burden is yours to support an assertion such as you've made about the deaths at Qana, not the other way around. And you haven't even come close. But if you can do it, I'll be the first to credit you for being smarter than everybody else and for being the bestest defender George W. Everytime the Israelis do something like this some wingnut comes up with a crazy theory like this. During their rampage through the West bank a few years ago someone accused the Palestinians of putting already dead bodies in the rubble of buldings to make sweet Israel look bad. They really need to get better writers.

Offer a more viable scenario?! It is to laugh, but I will bite:
The Israelis lob dozens of bombs at an apartment building where local families have taken shelter in Qana. The damage caused by the bombs causes the building to collapse, killing dozens of children.
Press photographers photograph the scene and send the photos to their photo editors. The photo editors sift through the photos and put the best ones on the wire first. This process takes awhile since many of the photographers are using slow satellite uplinks because of all the infrastructure damage in the area. Each photo gets a time stamp on when they were put on the wire by the photo editors.
Wire service clients download the photos they want onto their websites. Some keep the original wire timestamp; others add their own timestamp which reflects when they posted the photo.
Decent people around the world see the photos and are horrified. Wingnuts see the photos and immediately form conspiracy theories.
Israel declares a 48 hour 'cease-fire' to 'investigate' the bombing, but then gets caught up in other airstrikes and artillary barrages against other 'threats'.
Israel at first says they bombed the area because Hezbollah was launching rockets from there, then retracts that story and apologizes for the loss of innocent life.
Big fat blow-hard jerk radio commentator uses conspiracy theory to spur outrage amongst his dwindling audience.
Decent people are still horrified at the loss of innocent life.
How's that?
