Ahhhh...I'm glad someone finally said it! I hate AT&T (but love the iphone). No one should switch to AT&T for any reason other than they are your ONLY choice for an iphone.
I don't know they better hope that Apple doesn't open up the iPhone to other carriers then because if they aren't careful to have good customer service then everyone is going to jump ship if they do. You make some valid points though and whoever was working in the call center should not have handled the situation that way.
The same crap happened when the first iPhone came out. I'm surprised that people have forgotten so fast.
I bought a Samsung Instinct. It's not an iPhone, but it is (imo) more business friendly. Plus, they will have an appStore soon. While Sprint has burned some of their bridges, I have seen a huge turn around in their business - and you really can't beat the 100.00 unlimited plan.
