The Judicial branch serves at the discretion of the legislative and executive branch. They think they are above the law now. Very dangerous as their recent rulings prove.
I think Thomas (?) said it best: it is now legal to take from A and give to B, as long as B is richer.
I wrote you an e-mail over the dead-on egg and chic piece...but the Ruth Ginsberg story about condemnation procedings was a killer! And hours later, it turns out to be practically true! Wrong justice, wrong state, but WOW!
