Merry Christmas! My first back in the States in 9 years. Me and my dog Kintaro will figure out something special to do. I was thinking about a picnic down on the Mississippi River.
Ron, what do you use to draw on your pots with? I watched a studio mate at NCC scraffitoing, and I found it interesting that he put wax resist over the slip before carving, to keep the line crisp.
I want to do an earthenware line. Something I think would be interesting, is doing enamels on earthenware.

Merry Christmas to you, Sarah & Karma! (Don't you have a cat tucked away around there?)
Thanks for these process pix. Did you make that tool?
I'm anticipating the start of class next month! And I hope your Christmas Day was wonderful!

Hope you had a great Christmas. Better late than never, but I had some computer issues. Here's to a great 2009.

Oh, nice to see the goat back!
Does your tool have a tiny little ball at the tip? The one I use does, two sizes (one one each end), and I am constantly wearing them out.
