oh and thanks, me too, it's not fun. just been out for a slow hobble along the road, i guess they still need to keep fresh blood flowing around them to help them heal.
Yes! Thanks for the blue skies! We were just talking about how much we love our routine, day to day. But it sort of gets suspended for the holidays. That's ok, too.
healthy eating YES! I have been living on sugar and chocolate for days. I got a yoga mat and video for Christmas and got up this morning with tea and yoga on my mind. much better!

I let the clay age a bit after I sifted it. It turns wonderfully!! It did not break and I pushed it pretty hard. We gotta get back together to do some clay experiments soon. I feel ya on the blue skies man. It is wonderful!
