It is a peculiar disease of the modern left that they immediately go googly-eyed in the presence of dictators and evil masterminds. Unfortunately, this trend is typified by the popularity of Che and Mao iconography, all of which results from a total lack of education in history.

But, ahh, that's another disease of the left, the frightening ability to overlook evil, cruelty, and inhumanity if it cannot be ascribed to America or Israel.
Well, I hate to be a stickler for grammar, but you should put quotation marks and an exclamation mark around 'havoc' for emphasis. Correctly punctuated, the quote should read: Cry "Havoc!" and let slip the Hounds of W.A.R.
