One gets the impression that this judge lives and dies by the charter, to the detriment of common sense..
..and we wonder why we have charter babies? Kids grow up believing that since every one is equal, right or wrong is just arguing moral equivalency.
To them, the process of fairness triumphs reason.
Sure, give him a passport. And write "Convicted of terrorism" on the front page in red letters.
