I don't know Randi.... at the rate gas prices are going.... driving is HUGELY expensive. hee..hee... ! 
But yeah, sometimes, guys really do need help in this dept.
Ranger sent me a text photo one day. It was a pic of the coffee house where we first met. I thought "how sweet".
When he called later, he INSISTED that it was "Romantic" that he sent me that pic because he was showing me that he remembered it was where we first met (the back story is that he walked by that coffee shop 5 days a week for 4 years and never knew it was there until I told him to meet me there for our date..ha..ha..).
I told him "Babe.. it was SWEET, not Romantic".
Him -- "No..No.. Romantic! Romantic!"
Me -- "Sweetie, Romantic would have been planning an evening out and then TAKING me there afterwards. Sending me a picture of it ='s Sweet"
Him -- "okay... I'll take sweet."
ha..ha..ha..
Yes and No. My hubby doesn't like to be told what to do and yet he also whines (did I say whines?) about not making me happy sometimes. lol There are moments I come out and say, Hello this is what I want and sometimes I do the round about way and try to make it his idea instead.

You know what babe men seem to be deaf and blind at times, the hints, and comments we make seems not to matter.
I have to say, I have no complaints with the current guy. He's got the romance thing down!
