If she's so delicate she shouldn't talk out of both sides of her mouth.
There are ways to do it tactfully. Possbibly by telling her that you are aware of what she said and that it's OK if she disagrees with you. Without putting her on the defensive. Just matter of fact.
that's just rude though. you definately should let her know that you've talked about it. RUDE! not nice.
