Gravatar A tort case of intentional infliction of emotional address should suffice, though I doubt the woman has much money. Perhaps a judgement against any assets she does have until the end of time would be a start. Harrassment as a crime, perhaps. But the computer stuff does seem like glory-seeking. Prosecutors like to get patted on the back for how they stretched a law to get at someone through the backdoor. The Al Capone approach.
