I have no words to describe how well you have put ur thoughts into words. Looks like ISB has not only given u an MBA degree but has also made u more mature.

Superb Post. 100% accurate. Also wanted to add that one finds it difficult to get hold of the fact that there are people out there that you compete with or interact with, that are not in the same league as you.
This is tough to understand in school/college. It is only when you get to the University level where the Chinese and the Germans crush you, you realize what you really are.
We focus on our competition, which boils down to people in our class. In India, typically this implies people of the same age group, same basic skills, same level of training, etc. But things go for a toss when you attend a university that includes people from all over the world and each one being different.
I regret sometimes that I did not take things in the correct spirit even during my initial days in university since I got there right out of Hindustan College!
But very glad that your post has made me reflect back on this.
