Download the browser "FireFox" which has an inbuilt RSS feed feature.

Also the beta version of My Yahoo! allows configuring to read any RSS the way you want. It rocks!

The FireFox RSS reader (and a few RSS extensions it has) are really great. The one I am using now would automatically figure out that the webpage I am visiting has an RSS/Atom feed and would show a button on the status bar. Once I click to it, it adds the website to my list of Bookmarks and regularly updates the feeds they have to offer.
I find this feature really kewl.
