Wow!!.. I should change to BSNL from my existing TataIndicom VSNL internet connection. One pain I had till now with TataIndicom is that I had to travel all the way to the VSNL office near DD office to pay the bill.

But now they have an online payment option. Otherwise the connection is very stable and no issues till date. But I guess I get value for money if I start using BSNL.
