Rudy is a nightmare and has never accepted responsibility for not upgrading the public safety communications system in NYC, a major cause of the deaths of a number of firefighters who didn't hear the order to evacuate. All he did after 9/11 was hold press briefings and is deified because that was more than Bush did.
