This is a brilliant idea! What a great way to encourage the community to be in touch with current events and interested to the point where they truly take part in informing those around them.

We have had excellent results with this type of participatory PR. We use Value Public Re;atoopms (www.valuepublicrelations.com) with great success in establishing and maintaining continuity of programs. ALSO, very reasonable cost.
