That's the problem with PR - we don't do REAl measurement. How do you know if it 'encouraged thought leadership'? In fact, that doesn't even make sense.
Or 'increase empoloyee credibility'? That's all subjective. Be nice if our profession took the time to do some objective analysis.
But most PR pros aren't trained in real research methods.
