Mlachi's audience has mnust made this vow:

Neh 10:29 all these now join their brothers the nobles, and bind themselves with a curse and an oath to follow the Law of God given through Moses the servant of God and to obey carefully all the commands, regulations and decrees of the LORD our Lord.

I am sure that you do not want us to take the curse and blessings of Malachi 3:8-10 out of its proper OT context. That means you want us to keep ALL of the Mosaic Law in order to claim its blessings --otherwise you are placing a curse on those who cannot keep all of that law. Right?

Why do you want to curse Christians who ae not under a curse???? Unless you are a farmer or herdsman INSIDE Israel then you cannot give a true biblical tithe. Prove me wrong from God's WSord!
