A friend said normally the DUNs have 1 secretary who will check all emails and read out to the DUN before replying. So getting the DUN to sit down & listen is like dragging an elephant home sometimes. LOL.. They are always too busy beyond words. Just my 2 cents.
yeah, they have secretary to do the admin stuff. but bottom line is that their job is to represent the people in their constituency. so it doesn't matter the method, just want to see if they will act on it.
