In the end it's probably just a semantics game. I'm sure Joyce would prefer that the new law have references to "involuntary abortion" instead of homicide.

Perhaps she would rather that the courts allow the victims bring forth malpractice suits to the "unlicensed abortionist". Anything would be preferable than saying fetal homicide.
