I have never seen Simon spew hate and bile on his blog. He writes angry responses to injustices seen and felt. And from the way a lot of people still insist on treating gays as if they were a disease instead of people, I'm amazed at the amount of restraint he shows in his anger.
You blog against homosexuality. That makes you a homophobe. Why should you not be called what you are? It's not as if you can be sent to prison for it. And it's not like he's not accurate.
If you don't like being labelled, stop trying to put labels on others.
And there's nothing the least bit fascist about what he writes, either. The "gay agenda" is a myth that was patched together by the really rabid homophobes who were afraid they were losing the fight against that which they fear the most -- anyone who is not exactly the same as they are -- so they whipped up this "agenda" thingie in order to coerce the ambivalent that their children were in danger of being "indoctrinated."

Well, fine, we can have a society in which everyone just lets everyone be. But let's not forget what goes along with that:
-No government support of healthcare, period. That includes no government funding for the treatment AIDS patients. We're just letting everyone be, after all. Therefore it's every man for himself.
-No homeless shelters. Let the people out on the streets who are starving and/or freezing to death be.
-No government money for highways. If a road you use breaks, YOU fix it. Using my money to fix your road isn't letting me be.
-No government police, because using my money to fund the police isn't letting me be. No non-government militia, either, because if people can't commit crimes without being punished, they aren't being let be.

I'm curious here Simon. If scientists find a homosexual gene, would it be alright with you, since you're pro-choice, if women started aborting homosexual children? You know, as their choice?
