You mentioned that you felt that #5 might be a point of difference between your beliefs and those of the Mormoms... (I am LDS) But certainly ALL Christians should count divine guidance, inspiration, or revelation as the basis for their faith & doctrine. What is the Bible if not divinely inspired? What about personal prayer...don't credal Christians believe that God can give them a "basis for their practicies"? If not, then the Mormons are completely right in asserting the need for continuing revelation, because we know that God is as interested in us today as he was in Christ's time. That he wants to guide us, not only individually, but collectively.
One of the reasons the LDS Church is so successful, is not just because of the reasons you enumerated, but because we believe that God is a real, LIVING being, who doesn't limit his precious Gospel to a few hundred years of revelation a few thousand years ago. He STILL reveals his word to his servants.

Your right, we believe in all the things you mention - but we do not have new scripture, you do.
