One place to start is to grab the terms of the debate and wrest t from the Media Wing of the Democrat Party.
For example, let's replace the "privatized accounts" term with something more descriptive- say, "Personal lockbox" or "401L" (L= lockbox) or maybe a "Congress Can't Spend This Account"
We can also describe what a lousy (LOUSY) investment vehicle SocSec is. It is criminal that we are forced to put more than 14% of our income into such a poor return vehicle. We would be better off in most cases simply by putting those funds into a passbook savings account.
