You're right, we bloggers should be vigilant against those who could be another O'Conner. But, we should also be wary of liberal tactics such as divide & conquer.
I noticed that you're a fan of Judge Janice Brown too. As you pointed out earlier, the Dems would be hard pressed to reject her so soon after voting her in.
