Interesting! I have nothing against your no china diet, but do you think China is particularly bad, or are you just sort of picking one really bad country and trying to go with that because it is manageable? I guess, I mean I know China is particularly bad compared to the ideal or Sweden or something, but I mean is there a particular reason you picked China or did you pick it just because it is big and bad?
It's actually much much much worse than other countries that are "bad" and have human rights abuses. From Questions and Answers :
In the end, it probably comes down to a question of degree, and China's human rights record is certainly an extreme one. No country in the world could be indicted with such a wide variety of horrendous and bizarre human rights abuses as China.
