I attended a siminar about same sex sexual harrassment at The Out and Equal Workplace Summit last year hoted by GPAC.
They spoke about how new and difficult it really is for this kind of harassment to be successful legally.
There have even been cases when vitims of sae sex harrassment have lost their cases because the harrasser caused problems with male and female victims. The succesful defense was "How can it be same sex harrassment if this person is doing the same thing to men and women?"
Same sex sexual harrassment is in my opinion as prevelant as differed sex. I have managers and supervisors say amazingly offensive things. Sometimes they think their funny, sometimes they do not care.
