Happy to share my workday:

75% sales activities (phone calls, email, web demos, creating invoices / contracts)

5% Marketing: Right now we are getting more leads than we can handle, so my only marketing work is trying to figure out a better way of sorting perspective clients

5% Acconting: bills / commissions

15% Recovering from sales activities--lots of web surfing / commenting on blogs, reading, TV, etc...need to take breaks between phone calls / sales activities to stay in the right, energetic state of mind

10% Recovery from all the yakking. I have some serious talkers. Saying you need to get back to work doesn't help.
