Gravatar Wow. By those two criteria, 99% of the people I work with right now are assholes. Particularly those with tenure.

Six months and counting!!

Gravatar That definition probably explains a lot about your feelings about your workplace, no?

Gravatar Yup.

And the not having an office with a door I can close in their faces. Instead I have to hide out in the ladies' room every once in awhile.

Gravatar The bathroom can be useful on so many levels.

Gravatar I just checked out his blog and love it. This post on "asshole poisoning" is particularly interesting!

Gravatar I totally love that asshole poisoning post. I think I've found one of my peeps!

Gravatar I got a little chill when I read "rainmaker." (to alleviate outside confusion, I worked for a Silicon Valley company called just that)But Rainmaker never would have paid for anger management training.

I've worked for an asshole, for about a month. People kept leaving. Nothing ever got done. When people were teary eyed when I explained how to work the cash register because they'd been there two months and the boss would just belittle them if they asked how to do something, I knew it was time to leave.

Gravatar Think of the cost of that many people leaving....
