So many positive reviews about this movie. Due to my excessive passion and love towards this long-awaited musical stage show, if no one accompany me watching it, I WILL GO ALONE and watch in the cinema, at least once. I know I should prepare tissue papers because I cry seriously when I listen to the whole soundtrack. I can FEEL the mood and the acting roughly after seeing preview, teaser trailers and all portraits.

Although it doesn't nominated for 63rd Golden Globe Award, I still never give up my hope for the coming Academy Award, Oscar. I love this kind of musical movie, just like the Great movie last year, which I watch 4 times in the cinemas, Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera. They Are TOTALLY IRRESISTIBLE!!!

it WILL be nominated in the Hong Kong Film Festivals, but i dun c how it will be nominated for the Oscars...
sure, it's a good production, but still not up to par with other art films one...the storyline is too confusing at times...
It's got a bit sadness la, but won't make you cry one...
eh dude, not every movie has to be nominated one la...just enjoy for what it is in the first place: pure escapism entertainment...
