The sad thing is that others in the company (like those above him) know about how he runs his staff and he is still there. Then again, maybe warnings from above are part of the reason he has toned down a bit.

Not sure.

I believe he is on blood pressure meds, so that is one reason why I think he has toned down.

That and he has his first grandchild also.

It is amazing how much kids can having a calming effect on grandparents.

On parents, well, that is a different story.......
